Prague Congress Centre today finished the second year of a two-day event called Festival Export CZ, which is primarily novice Czech exporters and also all those who are looking for their partners in the international trading co. The event was attended by nearly 600 participants who listened to lectures and presentations of 55 speakers from 18 countries. The festival was opened by the President of the Republic Miloš Zeman.

CzechInno Association organized this second annual event called Festival Export CZ, which is a presentation, information and networking event designed to Czech an exporting SMEs and to all other companies that want to expand abroad or find a Czech partner. The event aims to hold informal meetings of Czech and foreign companies with representatives of government and Czech and foreign institutions to promote exports. The aim of the festival is to promote cooperation in particular with non-traditional foreign territories, which are included in the export strategy for the years 2012 – 2020 and is present both in the form of information on business opportunities in these countries, as well as thumbnails of their art, culture and gastronomy.

Festival In two days, offered its participants with basic information about the services of the state and institutions to support export and the possibility to participate in the 17 territorial and 12 industry-oriented workshops within which to obtain detailed information on trade with non-European countries, especially in Asia, Africa and America, and typical fields of Czech industry. The whole festival was accompanied by a supporting program under which participants gain insight into the culture and gastronomy interesting export destinations.
